The world is getting more complex every day.
Our next generation needs leaders who can build communities that make the world a better place.
Capable Education gives teenagers the foundational tools to meet the challenges of the future.
We offer two different programs:
School-based programs - We create programs for primary and secondary schools, tailored to fit your context and curriculum.
Year 10-12 School holiday programs - Come join us and a cohort of high-achieving, like-minded peers for our flagship three-day programs during the school holidays.
In our programs, young people learn about and practice using science-backed tools that help them become more confident and impactful young leaders.
Whether with classmates or in our school holidays programs, participants will gain a better sense of who they are, how to build a community around them, and how to make a mark in the world.
A bit about the experience…
Our programs are interactive, hands-on workshops, where teenagers practice using the exact same leadership tools and habits used by some of the most authentic and impactful leaders around the world. Each session, participants will build up their personal leadership toolkit through fun but challenging real-world case studies, debates, challenges and simulations. Participants will also take science-backed quizzes that help them identify their strengths and unlock their personal leadership style.

Get honest about who you are and who's been writing your script. You'll map your strengths, values, drivers and blind spots — and start telling the difference between what you actually think and what you've just absorbed from everyone around you. That's where real self-leadership starts.

Learn to read the room and move with people, not against them. You'll get practical at understanding what makes others tick, handling the tricky conversations, and getting people on board — the difference between having a good idea and actually making it happen with others.
The science behind it: Emotional Intelligence · Seven Principles of Persuasion · Social Network Analysis -
Take on something real. You'll look hard at a change you want to make, work out what's actually holding it (and you) back, and build a plan to move it — stepping up from leading yourself to leading in your community.
